Directly across from the Naval Academy, the location is perfect for exploring local attractions. The separate sleeping areas in the room provided an excellent amount of space, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring homemade Majorcan products that were both delicious and diverse. However, the high cost during peak events felt a bit steep, and while the hostess was friendly, some expectations of personalized service could be improved.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, welcome drink, and air conditioning. The staff even helped me find my lost ring on my first visit. I highly recommend staying here. I'm coming back for Christmas!

exploring annapolis is easy from this charming inn
a second stay here was just as great as the first, with awesome hospitality from Marty and Carmel making everything special. Being literally across the street from the United States Naval Academy made daily walks to see the sights super convenient. for couples looking for a romantic weekend, this cozy spot is just steps away from great dining and beautiful parks to enjoy quiet moments together.

I had a pleasant stay with a fantastic location just a short walk from downtown, making it easy to explore. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, providing excellent breakfast options. However, I found the room service lacking as fresh towels were only provided upon request, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy.

The location of this inn was perfect for our family, just a minute's walk to Main Street and City Dock. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast prepared for us each morning, with special attention given to our food allergies. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
My kids wished for a bit more space in the closets.

Outstanding location with amazing breakfast!
We enjoyed a wonderful stay with spacious rooms and a perfect location just a short walk from the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly prepared dishes that catered to our preferences. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. My only suggestion is to have more seating in the dining area for busy mornings.
